Return & Payment Policy
Within 3 days of purchase: You will receive a full refund of the original purchase amount, minus shipping costs, credited to the original form of payment. If the original payment was made by gift card, a store credit will be issued. Please note that you are responsible for paying for postage on all returns.
Final Sale:
Items purchased with monogram, embroidery and Earrings final sale and cannot be returned.
All sale at or over 50% off are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are considered final sale as well.
Gift with Purchase and Promotions:
When returning an item that included a free gift, please be sure to include the free gift with the return or the refund amount will be adjusted to deduct the retail price of the free gift.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL
In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to accept your prompt return (see return policy above). To ensure proper handling of your order, be sure to do the following:
Make sure to add delivery insurance and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
Pack and drop off your merchandise at a mailing center and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Online orders returned via mail will be processed within approximately 7-14 business days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will do our best to process all returns, however, there may be outstanding cases where we may not be able to offer a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error.
USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE
In order to take advantage of a GLAMVISORY promotion, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page and click the “Apply” button. Promotional codes are case sensitive. The value of the promotion will either be applied to your order subtotal, or to will appear on each discounted item in your cart.
